Group booking
Group booking - accommodation for more than 20 people
At Danhostel Copenhagen City, we have a total of 1,040 beds spread across 192 rooms and 5 apartments, allowing us to welcome both small and large groups. All our rooms have private bathrooms, and bed linen is always included for our groups.
Our hostel is very popular among groups - and we accommodate all kinds: primary school classes, high school classes, field trips, sports teams, scouts, companies, bachelor/bachelorette parties, foreign groups, and more. We therefore know exactly how to cater to each of them. This means that the group leader, whether it's a teacher, manager, parent, or something else entirely, can rest assured that the group is in good hands.
We are happy to tailor your stay to suit your needs and wishes. Our many years of experience in handling groups of all sizes means that we can accommodate most requests. We have what it takes to make your stay optimal, and we are happy to assist with coordinating meals (either on-site or to take away), arranging bus transportation, providing advice on tours and sightseeing in Copenhagen, and much more.

Breakfast
You can enjoy our breakfast buffet every day in the period 7.00 – 10.00 am.
Enjoy homemade chia pudding with compote, fruit and vegetables, muesli, freshly baked bread, and much more! Cold and hot beverage are also included, as is our sustainable initiative ‘Bugs for breakfast’.
The buffet is including seat reservations in our café and is booked in 30-minutes intervals. We kindly ask our guests to adhere to the booked time.

Lunch
Lunch buffet can be ordered by groups of at least 25 people Monday-Friday. (Saturday and Sunday upon request).
Will you be on the go all day? Groups of at least 20 people can order a Lunch Pack Tuesday-Saturday (1 sandwich, 1 piece of fruit and 1 bottle of water) for DKK 75 per person – so you will have time for a little extra sightseeing!
Dinner
Dinner can be ordered for groups of at least 25 people Monday-Friday (Saturday and Sunday upon request).
NB: Groups must order their meals at least 14 days in advance at gb@cphhostel.dk.
Time of arrival
Check-in is from 2 pm on the day of arrival.
Groups should always announce their arrival time in advance so that we are able to welcome you in the best possible way, and also to ensure we have a place to store your luggage in case you arrive before 2 p.m.
Departure and luggage storage
Check-out is no later than 10 am on standard rooms and 12 noon on standard+ rooms.
If you are leaving Copenhagen later in the day, luggage storage can be arranged for a fee. Groups can either choose to make a late check-out on one of their rooms until 12 a.m for DKK 200, or rent a room for an extra night so that luggage can be stored the entire day.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for groups to use the luggage room upon departure.
Bed linen and towels
Bed linen and a towel are included for every guest. An eco-friendly tote bag with linen and a towel will be handed to you upon arrival which you shall also return upon departure in our deposit box in the lobby. Extra linen and towels can always be rented at the reception.
Please be aware that sleeping bags are not allowed in the hostel and that avoiding the use of bed linen on our beds will result in a fee of DKK 500 per person.
