A night of cultural discovery

Culture Night is an annual tradition that turns Copenhagen into a cultural playground for locals and visitors alike.

Over 250 venues come together to host an incredible range of events, from art exhibitions and live concerts to guided tours, theater performances, and hands-on workshops. Whether you’re a fan of music, history, or contemporary art—or simply curious—there’s something for everyone.

The atmosphere is electric, as thousands of people explore the city’s hidden gems, iconic institutions, and creative hubs, all coming alive for one magical evening.

This is your chance to explore the city’s rich cultural heritage, try something new, and be part of a celebration that brings people together. Whether you’re wandering through a museum late at night, enjoying a concert in a historic church, or watching an outdoor performance, Culture Night offers experiences you won’t find anywhere else.

Make it a night to remember by bringing your family, friends, or partner along and discovering the vibrant spirit of Copenhagen.

The Little Culture Night

If you’re looking for something family-friendly, check out The Little Culture Night in March.

This smaller-scale event is designed especially for children and families, with plenty of activities like workshops, performances, and interactive experiences. It’s the perfect introduction to Copenhagen’s cultural scene for younger audiences.

The Little Culture Night runs from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and, like Culture Night, requires a Culture Pass for anyone over the age of 12.

Some activities may require pre-registration, so be sure to check the program in advance.
