The basement - full of fun
If you go down the stairs, which you'll find in the café, BAR50, you'll reach the basement. Here, we have table football, table tennis, and pool billiards for you to challenge your fellow travelers while staying here. Please inquire at the reception for balls and bats for loan. Everything is free.
NEW! You can now also play air hockey (please note, there is a small fee).
Further into the basement, you'll find a playroom for children and a bookshelf, where we operate on the concept of "swap a book." Find an interesting book on the shelf and exchange it with your own book - this way, you'll leave exciting reading material for other guests.
In the basement, there's also a TV that you are welcome to use.
Café and bar with TV - BAR50
As a guest, you are always welcome in our café/bar, which we call BAR50. Here you can buy food and drinks throughout the day or simply relax with your fellow travelers.
We have a TV in the café, and we provide board games for you to enjoy - all free of charge.
It's also where we host various events throughout the year. Everything from showing national matches and other sports events to creative workshops, bingo, and small concerts.

Culture Night

Every October, for one unforgettable evening, Copenhagen opens its doors to hundreds of unique events, with museums, galleries, theaters, and cultural spaces offering extraordinary experiences from 6:00 PM to midnight.

(Tuborg or Carlsberg). Hostel Hours is every day from 5-6 pm and again between 8-9 pm! Gadens stemmer (Voices of the Streets)
Experience a unique city walk! "Gadens Stemmer" (Voices of the Street) is a 90-minute city walk filled with food for thought. During the tour, you'll gain a raw and touching insight into the darker sides of life and the city, sprinkled with hope, smiles, and optimism. Your guide shares stories based on their own life experiences, including homelessness, substance abuse, sex work, placements, and mental vulnerability. The tours start and end within walking distance from our hostel.
