Linen and towels
Bed linen and a towel are always included in the room rate. If you have booked a bed in a dormitory, a Standard room or a Standard+ room, bed linen and a towel will be provided at reception in a reusable tote bag when you check in.
If you have booked a holiday apartment, bed linen and towels are already prepared for you in the apartment, and the bed is made!
The tote bags with bed linen must be returned at check-out in our deposit lockers or trolleys in the lobby. The reusable tote bags are made from discarded textiles and are part of our climate-conscious approach. They have replaced the plastic bags we previously used for handing out bed linen.
Extra bed linen and towels can always be rented at reception.
Please note that sleeping bags are not allowed. An additional fee of DKK 500 per person will be charged if bed linen is not used on the beds.
