Linen and towels
Bed linen and a towel are always included in the room rate. If you have booked a bed in a dormitory, a standard room, or a standard+ room, bed linen and a towel will be provided at the reception in a sustainable tote bag when you check in.
If you have booked a holiday apartment, bed linen and towels are already prepared for you in the apartment - and the bed is made!
The tote bags with bed linen must be returned at check-out in our deposit lockers/trolleys in the lobby. The tote bags are made from discarded textiles, giving them a new life, and when you return the tote bag, you help us reduce plastic waste in the environment.
Extra bed linen and towels can always be rented at the reception.
Please note that sleeping bags are not allowed, and there is an additional fee of 500 DKK per person if bed linen is not used on the beds.
