Climbing, trampoline parks & playlands
Here, we have compiled some suggestions for activities suitable for both children and adults, with varying levels of difficulty:
Playland
There are several playlands to choose from in Copenhagen and the surrounding area.
A playland is filled with entertaining activities that promote fun and play. Notable options include Dinos Playland, Leo’s Playland, Funplays, and the playland at Grøndal Multicenter.
Trampoline parks
You may know it as X-jump, or perhaps as a trampoline park.
Regardless, trampolines offer a fun and entertaining activity for all ages. See how high you can jump, dive into foam pits, and try your hand at obstacle courses.
In Copenhagen and the surrounding area, you can find Xjump in Skovlunde, Airtrix in Nordhavn, and JumpYard in Field’s on Amager.
All three locations are within walking distance of public transport.
Climbing
If you’re up for a challenging activity, climbing might be just the thing for you.
Here, motor skills, endurance, and flexibility are put to the test, but fear not—climbing is for both beginners and experienced climbers. If you're willing to take a trip, you can try a nature and climbing experience at Kragerup Go High.
Closer to Copenhagen, you'll find GoMonkey in Søborg, where there is outdoor tree climbing and zip lines. If you prefer indoor climbing walls, you can visit Boulders in South Harbor, Valby, or Amager, or try your hand at DGI City’s 18-meter-high climbing tower. However, be aware of any age limits and requirements for advance booking.
For the little ones, it's recommended to visit a playland with child-friendly climbing options.
