The Harbor Ring
Standing on your bike just outside Danhostel City, you can cycle both right and left along the water.
If you follow the route, you can cycle all the way to Sluseholmen, cross the Locks, and cycle back along Amager Fælled.
You can also cycle the other way, towards Nyhavn, cross the Inner Harbor Bridge, and then cycle back along Christianshavn. You can also cross one of the other bike bridges along the route such as Bryggebroen and Lille Langebro.
This route is perfect if you want to feel the wind in your hair while experiencing Copenhagen's attractive harbor areas.
The Green Path
The Green Cycling Route consists of several bike paths between Frederiksberg and Nørrebro.
The route goes through Nørrebro Park, among other places. If you want to cycle away from busy roads but still experience the city, then this route is for you.
Along the route, you will also find many cozy cafes, so if you get thirsty for coffee along the way, it's not a problem. The bike ride can also be combined with a visit to Frederiksberg Have
Amager Fælled
If you cross Langebro and cycle along the charming Islands Brygge, you will quickly reach Amager Fælled.
A large and beautiful natural area where you can enjoy the delightful tranquility found in the green surroundings.
Amager Fælled has a trail system that crosses the natural area, making it suitable for both short and longer bike rides.
Langelinie, Nordhavn and Svanemøllen
If you want to bike close to the sea, nature, and beach, you can bike from Danhostel City along Christians Brygge, cross Kongens Nytorv, and then continue along Amaliehaven and through Langelinie Park.
From there, you can cycle along Kalkbrænderihavnsgade and enjoy the view of Nordhavn and end at Svanemøllestrand and Tuborg Harbor, where you can enjoy an ice cream or lunch in the sunshine or take a dip in the sea.
