In the room:
Most of our rooms have cabinets that can be secured with a padlock. Padlocks can either be rented for DKK 20 or bought for DKK 50 in the reception. You are also welcome to bring your own padlock.
If you arrive early, it is possible to place your luggage in a locked room on the ground floor at your own risk. If you are travelling as a part of a larger group arriving before 2 p.m, then please contact us a couple of days in advance via email@example.com so that we have time enough to arrange storage for your luggage.
Individual travellers and families are able to store luggage for DKK 20 per person upon departure. Please note, that there's a limited space in the luggage room, so we do not guarantee luggage storage after check-out. On busy days, where the luggage room is fully occupied at check-out time, we recommend LuggageHero who offers luggage storage in several locations in Copenhagen. It is easy and quick to use and costs €1 per hour plus a €2 start-up fee. Find a suitable location for your luggage at LuggageHero.com
Larger groups can either choose to store their luggage in one of their rooms by buying a late check-out until 12 noon for DKK 200, or rent a room for an extra night if the luggage is to be stored for an entire day. Unfortunately, it is not possible for groups to use the luggage room upon departure.
High standard guest kitchen
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen available for the hostel's guests. The key is available in the reception.

The kitchen is reserved for individuals and smaller groups. Groups of more than 10 persons may not use the kitchen. However, exceptions can be made in some cases. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further requests.
Cooking or eating in the rooms is NOT allowed.
Washing machines and driers are available in the laundry room situated on the ground floor and can be rented for a small fee in the reception. All payments and bookings for the laundry room are handled in the reception.
It is not permitted to bring alcohol into the hostel. Alcohol will be confiscated by staff with an additional fee of DKK 1,000.
